My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable with all the amenities I needed, including a memory foam mattress. The staff was incredibly professional and personable, always with a genuine smile on their faces. The location was convenient, easy to reach, and close to shops and restaurants. Dining options were plentiful and delicious. However, the service, though friendly, was a bit slow at times.
My stay at the hotel close to Long Beach was exceptional. The rooms were outstandingly clean and spacious, filled with all the amenities I needed. However, they weren't as soundproof as I would have liked. The service, from housekeeping to the restaurant, was top-notch with friendly and efficient staff. The location was excellent for exploring Orange County activities like watching the Angels Baseball and enjoying the beach area, though it was a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was superb with a delicious breakfast offering a surprising variety every morning. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient for my needs.
I stayed at Ayres in July 2020 with my husband in a standard King Room. The rooms are very spacious and offer just about everything you could need. However, there was a slight issue with a smelly carpet in the room. Based on other TripAdvisor recommendations, the hotel has its highs and lows, but overall, it was a decent stay.
